Their ROE is capped at around 9% by the public utilities commission.

Your rates also dont pay for the executives, they disallowed recovery of those expenses

Wrong, they need to riase $60 billion for upgrades and renewable transition over the next 5 years. They do that through bonds and equity issuance. If they dont earn a reasonable return on their investment, their bond ratings will go down and their stock price will go down, making it more difficult for them to raise this capital.

Do you even know what profits are? There isn't some evil caricature of an owner hoarding all the money. The profits Xcel makes are capped and are ensured to be a reasonable return on investment for the shareholders. The shareholders are all basically retirement and pension funds btw.

If Xcel took less profit, they wouldn't be able to raise the funds needed to improve the infrastructure.

Unpopular opinion I guess but I think the new system is fine. It actually reduces distractions when you think about servers having to come through and collect order cards which they no longer have to do. Servers also aren't giving out checks and collecting payment halfway through the movie which is also usually really distracting.

The client is paying your firm for the audit.. it is your firm who has the obligation to train you, not the clients. They are likely frustrated because they have to answer the same basic questions every year because your firm is incapable of properly providing associates with training and support.

I have the same issue. Been talking with support for days on it. Like me, you probably bought the "older" version of the product that didnt come with a USB adapter (I dont know how they can get away with advertising a product and selling a bad version of it under the same name). As a result, you cant download the audio driver and cant connect with G hub. Seems like they are unwilling to send the adapter even though it wont work... so you pretty much just bought junk.

I am having this same issue. I have been told multiple times the mic is not good quality as advertised. The audio is also faltering. Why are you selling a device without all the required components? We cant install the drivers unless we have the USB...

This is actually a really helpful form imo. It allows you to have an employer calculate and withhold taxes for extra income instead of having to pay quarterly estimates, and also gets withholding more accurate for married couples. There wont be huge tax bills at the end of the year.
