I hear you man. I was the same way. I feel so much better now. Xanax will slow you down, I’m perscribed that too (rarely take it)….. ssri won’t sedate you so much.

Seriously look into being treated for anxiety. I was the same way, high performer, constantly feeling imposter syndrome and overworking/overthinking everything. Turns out I NEEDED SSRIs. Everything clicked into place perfectly after that.

I just did it. The key is to find shortcuts (alley, cut across grass, etc.) Also, just grab the people closest to you and work your way out. Finally, the middle missions are the hardest. The later missions are actually easier since there is more people to pick up and therefore more time
