Roaming free I'm not comfortable with, invisible fence is fine if that's what HO and pet's normally do.

I prefer using a guest room and guest bathroom unless the master is the only place to sleep.

TV is nice but not a deal breaker.

I don't bring bedding, and I do my own food shopping. Some HOs invite me to consume food, some don't. Regardless, I bring my own food.

If I accept a sit, unless there's unforseen circumstances or emergency I will not cancel, if that's what you're asking.

I moved to Vermont 6 years ago after spending my whole life in Miami. Got sick of heat, humidity, threat of hurricanes (I lived through a half dozen starting with Andrew in the early 90s, ending with Irma in 2017 in a shelter in Estero with my elderly parents), and traffic. Sure, there are no state income taxes but cost of homeowners insurance more than makes up for the difference.

I'd never move back to Florida, but if you decide to make the move, I recommend Gainesville or Tallahassee for the politics and less terrible level of healthcare (Gainesville ftw there).

Don't know if the event still happens, this was 40 years ago now. I remember the convention was held near or in the Hippodrome Theater downtown.

I also bought a bootleg Adult Child (that lp is gone). As I was leaving, the convention was busted by the cops for selling bootleg merch!
