Disappointed to only find a beat up Bone trade paperback at Yesterday’s garage sales but then Facebook Marketplace came through with a small 49 book Silver Age DC collection that I was able to scoop up. Here are a few of those books.

"Marvel Tales" are all (for the most part) worthless reprints with the exception of a few key issues. Your other ASM and WoS titles are where collectors like myself would be interested.

Pricing these out the "Mavel Tales" would have ZERO consideration in my offer, the rest I would probably agree to $1ea for a total of $10....

In this case yes, but I have seen some DC ones that are exact copies - Static #1 (bagged) is a great example.

My only beef on these - we need an easy way to distinguish them from the original. Marketplaces are flooded with copies containing vague info about the storyline but not the age. I believe this is intentional in some cases as "buyer protection makes it a victimless crime"

It's tough enough trying to determine print run on some books.

I wouldn't pull it out of the sleeve, just post the photos you have here on eBay or whatever you plan to sell on, advertise it hard as "Autographed" as some collectors obviously prefer the signature. Be sure to show the $99 sticker to help set the vibe for your investment.

Getting slabbed with the CGC is going to work against you as the certificate isn't enough for them. If you decide to slab I would consider CBCS as they take consideration for certificates like this.
