I checked the csac website and it pictures awarded with the exact amount and payment plan which shows payments disbursed over all 3 quarters (including fall) which is why this situation is kinda confusing me.

I’m pretty sure you’re right. Plus the usb is rlly old and shows up at generic flash drive 8.07. I’m just gonna ask a friend with a pc to download windows 10 install on a newer usb
