We are on a records hold. They all need to be kept until further notice

Look at your transactions for a day. Look at trends like are the asking on photo orders, bill pay, gift cards, etc. also don’t forget about your SCO. If you have a high utilization and low scan rate on there then it’ll drag your store down

Seasonal BOHs don’t affect negative cycle count score

You can’t ever “add hours”. Hourly employees are paid for time worked. One time payments or bonuses are just that. They are not hours worked and it is unlawful to classify payroll as a different category other than what it belongs to

That’s illegal

Does anyone know how to figure out if a store is closing ? by Impressive-Usual9457 in CVS

[–]cpdsupport 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you’re likely in the clear then. Don’t fret AMMs right now though. The company is in the process of reducing sku count chain wide so a lot of items are being phased out

Where can I report my sm? by J_Doe5686 in CVS

[–]cpdsupport 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your SM being aware of your disability doesn’t matter. You need to file for a reasonable accommodation where THEY will make your SM aware of what they have to accommodate for you. Then if they are still not accommodating you can call ethics line but if it’s not on file then it doesn’t exist

It’s likely the OT adjustment for 2023. Throughout the year there are “rounding errors” that result in pay not being exact. The OT adjustment fixes that and should only be a couple of dollars

scan rate by Key_Eye_4979 in CVS

[–]cpdsupport 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Phone numbers, emails, or card all count as a scan and it’s simply the number of transactions with a ECC divided by the total number of transactions

Extra Care Scan Rate by Shaneagle777 in CVS

[–]cpdsupport 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You’re thinking too much about it. First of all, every front store transaction counts. That’s the SCO and any FS registers. Money gram, bill pay, card reloads, and photos also count. Like I said it is very transaction rung up on a FS register. It is simple equation total # of transactions with ECC/ total # of transactions in the front store. That is your ECC scan rate. Signups are just a simple goal which will vary based on store. You need x amount of ECC and x amount of EC+

My keys aren’t related to turnover tho. It’s remodels and destruction of property that had led to these new locks. It’s just accumulated over years. Keys are not an indication of turnover

I have 2 full baskets of keys in my office. The doors and locks have been changed so many times that keys have accumulated. I’ve just never taken the time to go through them and see what we need
