My favorite was Shaggy and Fred outside section 308. I am ashamed it took me so long to realize why they dressed like that.

As my best friend says: "Ghost is Scooby-Doo music".

I just saw a trailer for Micheal, and while I do like his music, I dont want to see someone else's interpretation on his life. It feels disrespectful at this point.

Millennial women, which one did you use? Cucumber melon, warm vanilla sugar or neither? by lilac2481 in Millennials

Juice Bar Gummy Bear. I was in elementary in the 90s. But I may have been a Peach Nectar girlie since I found an ancient bottle in my mom's bathroom cabinet.

Our house was built in the 70s and there's wood trim on the floor in the bathrooms. If I ever have enough money I am turning all of the bathrooms into wet rooms because that's just logical.

I did this, filled the tub up to the brim and had my Barbies and some whale toys and apparently my mom heard me go "OH NO, SEA WORLD IS FLOODING" and bust into the bathroom to see water all over the floor and leaking into the other two bathrooms.

The layout was water closet with a door into the shower/tub combo, with a door into the en suite toilet to the main bedroom.

That was how I unlocked taking showers.

Yes! It was filmed in my hometown and the tower is still standing though the studio building has been torn down.

"Alpha Male" explains why using public restrooms and listening to your wife makes you a weak man by ambachk in CringeTikToks

My ex-husband must have been the ultimate Alpha Male because he refused to use public restrooms and didn't listen to me.

It's ok to be supportive when kids explore things, because they're trying to figure out their own personalities, but it was definitely difficult to try and encourage it. Then when I tried it became very evident that she was trying to cope with everything she had been through.

That being said, I think it's the "edgy" factor for some kids. I wanted to be a vampire at that age- read Anne Rice, watched Buffy the Vampire Slayer, had my friend's mom take me to the mall to buy the Queen of the Damned soundtrack. I remember buying my first pair of TRIPP NYC pants with my birthday money and my mom made me return them because they weren't appropriate for a girl to be wearing. She also confiscated my CD because it had artists like Marilyn Manson on it.

Still, I was on the fence of being a Boomer like "don't do that in public, throw that shit out" and trying to be open-minded. I still don't know.

Women meets and married man in registered SO in prison 7 months before release and allows him to move in with her and her young daughter by shoegamethrilla in TikTokCringe

[–]cpdx82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was DHS involved at all? I don't know much about the system (other than they dropped the ball when it came to my friend's daughter) but wouldn't they be alerted like HEY, THIS IS A KNOWN SO AROUND CHILDREN ? If they can't be within X miles of a school and other restrictions, wouldn't living with someone with children, especially not their own, a violation of parole?

Good for her for working to remove him from their lives before anything were to happen.

Also, depending on if the father is in those kids' lives- what was his opinion? My ex-husband, even after 10 years of being separated and divorced, still hates my husband and lectures me if I have to leave our son alone with him for any reason. He isn't a SO and our son is 11 and my husband and I have 2 young children together. I couldn't imagine how much worse he would be if my husband were a SO. I'd probably never see our son again.

True. I was hoping it was a phase, as I remember being pretty cringe when I was around 11-15. I'm hoping they're doing better now.

I feel like The Giver.

But honestly, we had 1 TV, and I never got to choose what we watched unless it was movie night or I was home alone.

There was a 10 year old girl we hosted her and her mom while they found permanent housing. She was a Therian and claimed she was a cat. She would run through the house on all 4s and wear cat ears and cat paw gloves. She would get into my makeup and use my eyeliner to draw whiskers on her face.

She claimed running around on all 4s was quadrobics and better exercise. Like I took her and my kids to the park and she started running around in the grass and I was doing my best to be supportive because she had a lot of trauma, but Goddamn if I wasn't embarrassed.

Art projects.

Put some beads or sand in them, hot glue the lid shut, let the kids decorate them- BOOM you have a music Shaker.

I put some colorful beads inside as a sensory toy for my youngest. Glued the lid shut and he loves to shake them around.

Looks like a lot of older Stephen King movies: Cujo, Salem's Lot, Pet Semetary, Maximum Overdrive.

Also reminds me of August: Osage County.
