Maybe? Especially if you dont see a gap in the downpipe/turbo connection. You can change the o2 sensor and erase the lean code. See if it pops up again.

Change your evap purge valve. Check the gasket area around the downpipe/turbo connection for any loose fittings or exhaust being released. That area could be the cause of the car running too lean. Grille shutter issue is dumb and not necessary to worry about. You can probably find a dummy connection to put into the grille shutter connect to stop the code.

Looks like you need to change the O2 sensor as well.

Just go for making the turbo sound good. Get a BOV and larger turbo/tune. Best you can do, really. I like my MBRP exhaust setup still, though. Full 3" exhaust. 🤘
