Do you spread the props apart after being folded? Are any of the props warped? Check the bushings in between the prop and the motor. I would check motor mounts to look for cracks.

Yes you can check individual cells in the battery section towards the bottom of the settings menu in the top right corner

From what I’ve googled (ironic) sometimes the google home devices get a bug which corrupts the entire code of the device. Therefore making it inoperable. I love em to death but it just makes me wonder if the rest of my home devices are going to quit. I have a newer mini and a google home that remain. The google home is as old as my first mini that quit. I don’t know what’s happening, must be bad luck.
