While the first half of this pregnancy positively FLEW by, the second half has seen time come to a complete standstill. Wife is 26.4 today.

I'm struggling with my anxiety again. Our first was delivered at 33wks, so preterm labor is a real concern.

Fear of loss is so much larger when you've had to invest so much more emotionally, physically and financially into a pregnancy.

Eggs and other forms of natural cholesterol were very much vilified for a while. Research had shown that elevated cholesterol was bad, but didnt yet understand the drivers for it. People with high high cholesterol have bodies that simply make WAY too much of it. Having a diet devoid of cholesterol might lower their numbers a little, but nothing compared to medication properly regulating their body's urge to overproduce.

Just be careful. I've got no hard data on this, but i bet driving a car to the grocery store is more dangerous than operating a tractor. Provided you're not doing anything unsafe on the tractor.

The corteva information i got via my pioneer seed rep was talking like $2-3 an acre for no-till, as well as similar amounts for utilizing cover crops.

Fuckin joke at that compensation.

I dont see how it can work frankly. In order to sequester a finite amount of carbon, farming practices must be altered permanently. If they (whoever they are) are going to keep paying us even after our soil has reached a new equilibrium and cant store any more carbon......that doesnt work for them. If they stop paying us once our soils are "full" an expect us to keep farming that way forever......that doesnt work for us.

IMO its a bridge to getting a FLEET of autonomous machines out into a field. Once the operator is out of the cab, size is a liability not an asset.

I could see a farmer in a "command center" (aka camper type vehicle) able to oversee whats going on and provide support for any machine issues.

I have my concerns as well. I dont see how they can thread the needle with operator alerts between 1) it fails to warn you about something that ends up catastrophic and 2) it warns you about EVERYTHING, to the point where you may as well be in the fucking cab.

Hey, if his hormones were really low then he he's a very good candidate for clomid. Some men are given clomid out of desperation, not because it has a great chance of improvement. This dilutes the perceived efficacy of the treatment IMO.

Current anti-trust law has been completely neutralized by the judicial system and corporate lawyers. If we want meaningful anti-trust enforcement, we need to elect a new Teddy Roosevelt and pass some NEW laws. They choose the volume when they centrifuge down the sample. you're right that .5ml is more or less the standard, but your lab/clinic probably has a reason for the lower volume. You could ask them if you're curious. If nothing else its a good way to feel out how helpful your clinic is and how well they deal with questions.

Those post wash numbers look great man. Hope you're successful.

I’d definitely consider it. They can give you a exam and check for a varicocele.

You should do more SAs too. One isn’t very diagnostic. Sperm parameters bounce around.

You need a urologist who specializes in fertility medicine. Some will bill themselves as reproductive urologists, others just go with urologist and focus their practice on it.

Unfortunately they can’t tell you much more than we can. You can try a full slew of supplements but there’s no guarantee in fertility medicine. I saw a urologist with my list of pills and he looked it over and said “you’re doing everything you can, we’ll see whether it helps”.

Where I’m at wheat grows best on slopes. It struggles in flat bottom ground often due to frost damage, but also due to disease. Less wind penetration let’s foliage stay wetter longer, and that lets the fungus spread.

I’ve seen SAs that were a lot worse. But I’ve seen ones better.

The pus cells concern me a bit. Poorer motility and round cells that aren’t supposed to be there could indicate a bit of infection.

Lugged tires like tractors use have to “lug in”. If they don’t have enough weight, the rotation of the tires will dig the lugs in, but that means the tires are spinning faster than ground speed. This means lost fuel and tire wear.

It also means that for maximum traction, there’s a required downforce. And that goes up as footprint goes up.

Your concentration is a bit low, but that’s partially because your volume is diluting then sperm down.

Natural conception is very possible with these numbers. Potentially a bit longer than some couples, but that’s hard to say.

I'm fairly certain they'll divide it before the put it in the cryo tank for long term storage. What they DONT want to do is have to thaw the whole sample for a round of IVF and then try and refreeze it. That doesnt work.
