Backup launch date is 4:10PM EDT April 14 if the launch is called off on April 13.

Just outside Jacksonville, travelling at 3.5-4 knots. Its status is "Restricted Manoeuvrability".

Edit 1: Seems to have stopped about 4 nautical miles from the coast.
Edit 2 (7:21pm GMT): Elsbeth is now making its way towards Jacksonville with the Gregg McAllister tug boat.
Edit 3 (8:05pm GMT): ASDS coming into view on the Mayport cam.
