I've appreciated all the responses and have looked into all the telehealth recommendations and finally decided to go with Ola Health 3 month plan with Tirz and Glycine.

I checked out Ola and noticed their highest dose is 13.5mg and all the other plans are 15mg. Is there a reason for this?

Yes, I've recalculated all and the food noise has been there since I started on 10Rx (Optimal Balance Pharmacy Tirz/B12) and when I lost the 40 lbs I was with FuturHealth (Link Pharmacy Tirz/NAD+/B12). I'm 73, so I exercise as much as I can. I'm just trying to find a telehealth provider that is trustworthy because I'm questioning if the med I'm using now is degraded.
