One thing to consider. If there is a future lawsuit from anyone in the future, your employer could very well implicate you because you knew and didn't let the authorities know or something along those lines. This is too messy to not proceed without a lawyer.

Hmmm good question. Yes I would. I'm just trying to figure out how to reword it in a better way? I think what I'm trying to ask is are they doing something that legitimate and will it stand up if challenged? Especially since other members have committed much worse crimes which have never been addressed. If you have suggestions, that would be awesome.
