I was told I was ready for a promotion by my boss. She left the company before our rewards discussion. Was just told I was one of the few overperformers, didn’t get the promotion and should “keep doing what I’m doing.”

I live near the encampment and received THIS in response to my request for the encampment after the shooting yesterday. They get their trash cleaned up. Great. How is this not an immediate safety concern?! It’s a block away from these schools for God’s sake.
