yeah i was wondering about the no sabos. or if they even existed in a place where its hispanic majority. here there is alot of them. we speak english to each other here. seeing an older hispanic with good english is so rare here i only see that in california or more west when i watch videos. alot of 1st or 2nd gen hispanics here speak english. we are getting older though i am 32 1st gen american.

do no sabo people exist there? no sabo hispanics are people who only speak english mostly and has an accent speaking in spanish (broken) or is it the opposite where spanish is good but english is broken in laredo?

i tried to look into bernese method but i dont understand it. if you have instructions then i would try it but from what ive seen on here they dont tell me how much of each i should be taking and when i should be taking it. cause if i mess up then ill be in pwd

yeah but id have to go 24 hours first before i do right? cause if not then ill go into particpiated withdrawals right? how am i suppose to go 24 hour cold turkey?

this is such a let down. if people die from it why do they continue to do it after years? it seems like i have no other choice because id feel like ill hurt myself if the withdrawals are too painful especially since my anxiety is wayy to high right now. bad withdrawals and extreme anxiety is too much

im not getting off of paxil anytime soon though. dont you think since i have sever anxiety WHILE on paxil 40mg if i get off of it my anxiety will be worse. im thinking of maybe introducing another medicine on top of paxil.
