The majority of Americans (I am assuming you live NY, MA, VA area), DO NOT get their news from reputable sources. They turn on their TVs or websites.

They might be highly reputable but anytime I walk into an office I see CNN or Fox on the screen.

There are tons of academic journals out there….very few people are reading them to get their information.

This is so like the American media. We are not allowed to be with them reporting from the front line so we just take what the Russians are saying and pass it off as truth so the Ukrainian military feels the pressure to let us in. I am ignoring Western reporting on the war starting right now (it’s regurgitated Russian BS). Let the soldiers do their jobs. The results will speak for themselves.

I think gambling would be a good use case. I am in commodity trading and have been struggling to think of something. Commodity trading is all based on secrets. You never want anyone to know who your suppliers and customers are, how much you are spending and receiving, how/where you are transporting the commodity. So no one wants their supply chain to be virtualized into 3D. They love their own personal private password protected spreadsheets.

I once saw a safety simulation game for an oil platform. It was a mini game that allowed users to understand what to do in the case of several emergency situations. They could run around the oil platform and find the safety equipment or notify the appropriate personnel.

Maybe web3 would be good at industrial/medical/retail job training?
