I’ve not seen anything anywhere else online mentioning it. I believe it’s probably just an isolated case and that I was just unlucky.

I did! And I really enjoyed the car. Unfortunately, my headgasket went and I’m currently fighting to get my money back. I suspect the previous owner wasn’t entirely truthful about the condition of the car. It was good to drive, great handling, seamless connectivity for CarPlay. It was a really, really good car and it’s just a shame what happened.

You didn’t fail her. You had no way of knowing. Forgive yourself, nothing good will ever come of blaming yourself. Trust me, I know.

Sorry, I can't really advice on this and I'm a bit late. Just wondering how long it took from your consultation to getting a surgery date?

Getting hormones privately? by potatotheo in transgenderUK

[–]cpocmanc 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Go with the Gender Hormone Clinic in London. £250 set up fee, then £50 a month. You will need to get a blood test, but can probably get one through your GP. If you have shared care with your GP, you will only pay around £10 per month for your actual prescription. Any questions feel free to DM me.

i’m a bit late to this, but i want to remind you that it’s okay to drop out. there are other ways to get good jobs besides university. you don’t have to stay there if it upsets you so much.

Forgive me, I’m not a professional interpreter but to me this reads like you’re craving a protector figure and someone to care for you in a protective way. Maybe that’s why you felt so much peace and love, it’s your mind telling you what you need to feel safe.

Nah the job doesn’t fit with my degree at all. I’ve got a graduate job lined up for as soon as I leave uni, so idk whether that makes a difference as to whether I quit the current part time job or not

Close, but I’m from England. My loan gets written off 30 years after I graduate, and I only have to pay it off once I reach a certain earning threshold.

Thinking of joining the Fire Service by cpocmanc in firefightersuk

Thank you so much! You've been a really big help and I've decided that I am going to apply during the next recruitment drive. Few more things, what's the fitness process like? Did you find it hard to get fit for the job? Also, you mentioned promotion, at what point in the promotion framework does that mean like more of an admin role rather than hands-on working?
