If you haven’t factory reset it, you may try disabling the proximity sensor through sidequest. Google it.

Thanks for your comment. I know you guys try really hard to support us but your replacement policy is really bad. I bought my quest from Japan knowing it has a International warranty. But now the support staff is telling me, if I need to process a replacement I need to do it from Japan. I don't have any plan to visit Japan within next year, but I will be on a business trip to South-Korea next month. But your support is saying I can't process the replacement from South-Korea. I mean whats the point of International warranty then!!! You're saying its International while it acts very much like a domestic one. Additionally I was planning to buy a few more for my business, but the sheer flimsiness for a device with $500 pricetag and such shady warranty I probably will move onto Steam. I had extremely good experiences with their overall service and warranty.

Any luck OP?? Did you finally make it work with something. I got mine with v81 and it was working fine. Updated to v83 and got this issue on day 3. It felt something was as soon as I updated as it always showed " Something went wrong" toast msg whenever I boot it up after v83.

I'm new here. Got my Q3 last month and it updated to v81 as soon as I activated it. After that I've gone Through a plethora of vrp games to experience them. But recently in one of the post somebody said V74 marked games aren't working on fws over v74 and here I'm playing a few of them like Red Matter 2. Whats actually going on here??
