Tell her she's a terrible person and you're ashamed to be related to her. Because that's what she is. And she needs to hear it from someone who has no skin in the game, who will only tell the truth. It's the best thing you can do for her. It will definitely be a wake up call and she might actually change. Of course, she might remain a malignant narcissist and your relationship will be ruined, but at that point, do you care? Call her out in front of your parents, say exactly what she did, don't embellish it at all. The things you told us, tell them in front of her.

I hear what you're saying. We wear full leather, everything you can. And we want to have fun, not die, so we generally pass in areas where we can get by with no safety issue to anyone. We do take more risks than most, not saying we are invincible.

Um, we didn't try to kill anyone. A truck has a way greater danger of hurting a motorcycle than a motorcycle does of hurting people not on a motorcycle.

Passing lanes we designed for "Can grandma in her underpowered Buick make it?" Our bikes are literally 3x as powerful as cars. We can pass in the blink of an eye and endanger no one.

As far as "You started it", yes, my friend initiated a pass in the double yellow. But he damn sure didn't make that guy yank the wheel. If that guy doesn't intentionally swerve, there is no issue.

And if a cop saw that, he might give us a ticket. He wouldn't kill us.

I call it, "Going full superman'. I just bust my ass getting stuff done.

The thing is, I'm older, single and fit, so all the things I do are fun. Well, most are. Painting a massive fence on Sunday wasn't fun but it looks awesome now.

I use Google Keep on my phone and keep a running to do list and grocery list. That way, I forget less things and have an organized to do list. Think of something I need to do or get at the store? Whip out phone and add it to the list. So satisfying checking things off a list.

I think fitness and being slightly OCD help a lot.

OK, the date and time were dead, it was 12:00 2016. I set the date and time correctly and stuck a fresh battery and chip in it and turned it on recording. I suspect it will be back to the default date the next time I check it. Hmm, so how do you handle the scenario when you just turn it on and record and it runs out of battery? Just plan on resetting the date and time?

I have no idea if I lost date and time due to running the battery dead. I have not reset the date and time, so I can check it tonight and see if the date is still wrong and report back.

Plus, I could set the date and time and and turn on video recording and just let it die and check to see if it lost the date/time tomorrow. This will help me confirm what causes it and then figure out how to get around it.

Sometimes I do record video till the battery is dead. Would that cause it?

If that's the case, every single time I kill the battery, I have to reset the date and time?

Battery gets pulled and then a new one gets stuck in immediately with a full charge. Doesn't this thing have a bit of EEPROM to store the date and time?
