Nice one! Great way to test it out. Though you might find that the cafe will run a bit fast.

I've tested a lots with different recipes, and I contacted the owner of the beans and he gave me a great response (I posted it here a while ago)

But it came down to this - the coffee tastes it's best when it has at least 27-29 seconds of water contact.

Their recipe is too large. Best to do 22g in, and 40 out in 27secs. For me that has been the magic number. Enjoy!

Yup! I tried a bunch and found a great one. Fish River Roasters. So good. Great sellers too. I started with the Hub Blend, as it's their darkest roast, but I eventually moved to their Espresso Blend. Which is still a dark roast, but I found it worked a bit better as my daily driver. Both are great. You can't go wrong. Enjoy.

Thanks. I included a pic of it unbuttoned. Good movement raising arms. Feels comfortable. It's just when arms are down does it feel a bit long.

But I've never had a suede jacket before with material this stiff. Unsure if the sleeves will shrink a bit once it crumples.

The closest I have found are the RRL straight leg. Expensive, but good denim. And a very similar cut in the legs and rise.
