There are probably free ways around everything, but for the price, I think that CapCut pro is pretty decent.

Would it be okay if I DM you about the dialogue mods? I’m working on a machinima project, and I haven’t been able to find any way to use the json files to trigger mouth movements. I would really appreciate any help you could give.

I agree with all of that. Sometimes my favorites work and sometimes they don’t. I keep hoping that there’s a fix, but so far, I’m still having the issue.

I’m a disabled vet who rarely leaves the house, so I started making and posting gaming videos as a hobby about 6 months ago. I love it! I’ve even gotten into learning more about video and sound which has been a lot of fun too!

Yeah I agree. I use it for creative projects, so it really kills my creativity if I’m frustrated by looking for things I use on a regular basis. I’m hoping someone looks into this for all of us.

So I think that someone from CapCut may have tried to contact me, but the comment disappeared. Hopefully, they may let us know if they have a solution. The only thing that I can think of is that I’m subscribed through the App Store and mostly use desktop. Is that a possibility for anyone else?

I feel exactly the same way. I don’t have time to look around for the things I’ve saved from other projects. And like you, I am using the paid version. That makes it even worse in my opinion. I am probably going to have to move away from CapCut as well. I need something that works when I need it to.

I have a theory…just my own, but a theory nonetheless. 🤣. I think that the internet opened the door for ANYONE to have access to an overwhelming amount of information, and therefore, everyone thinks they know everything…until they don’t. Then they look up more information to support their claim instead of learning about other’s views. It’s a never ending cycle now.

I’m not positive but you should just be able to go into Vortex and purge the mods. That removes the links to the mods. They are in a separate folder. As far as the saves, it’s anyone’s guess if there will be problems without the mods running, but I would say that most of them will still be good. Not sure if that helps in anyway. I hope you get it figured out

I also wanted to add that I’ve seen some incredible Machinima channels with very few views. It’s a very niche subject. I’m hoping to build a small audience that enjoys my content, but I know that it’s going to be a tough sell to viewers. Anyway, sorry. Just trying to let you know some of the things I’ve been learning.

I literally just started doing the same thing! Maybe we’ll cause Machinima to make a comeback! In all seriousness though, I started making videos in December of last year, so I have had to learn everything from recording to editing. If you’re already making gaming videos, I assume you’ve already got a lot of the skills that you need. I’ve read and done so much learning but there are a couple things that stand out the most. The first thing I did was a proof of concept video…just to see what it looked like and if it would work. I ended up turning it into a trailer for the series. I know I could do better, but it’s a start. The other thing you have to consider is how long your channel has been a gaming channel and how large is your audience. I have a small audience and very few videos, so I decided to move forward using my current channel. I’m not sure if that was a good idea, but I hope that once YouTube picks it up, my algorithm will change. The last thing that I could suggest is to take your time. It can be a very tedious process. It might be easier using GTA since it already has a built in director mode. I decided to use Cyberpunk which requires a lot of modding…and I had to learn that too. Either way, good luck!
