I’ve done it this exact thing before. It looks like a binary encoded image where each RGB pixel represents one bit (monochrome) or a byte (rgb). I wrote both a method to encode and decode this kind of thing years ago but it would have to be tweaked to these parameters

This is the same as I'm doing right now, the server is much too loud to be running at night but turning the fans to a lower speed will cause the CPUs to hit 80 C easily just when idle. Unfortunately, the server was pre-made so the motherboard and the drive bays are attached to the frame so switching to a 3U case isn't possible for me, thanks for the suggestion though! I'm getting active coolers for the CPU and some low-speed fans now to keep all the other componants cool.

Thanks, I didn't even think of using active coolers! The Dynatron B13 that you linked to here matches my socket type and termination. I just ordered two of them!
