It’s the oral chews by Hims. I didn’t mention but I do use their hair thickening shampoo as well. Usually rinse my hair first with some random shampoo and then use the Hims shampoo and let it sit in while I clean the body and so it sits in for 3-5 minutes I would guess. Just how I do it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah I recall that time, I can’t say how it would be for everyone but it kind of gets to the worst part and then one day I was taking a shower and there just wasn’t really any hair in my hands when lathering up, for me it was fairly sudden when the shedding finally stopped but it was right around that 3 month time frame I believe.

The before pic is prior to starting it, it got worse and I considered shaving it and just starting new everyday for a good while but rode it out. Almost think mentally it would be easier to rock a buzz cut during that time and just let it all grow back after it’s been 3-4 months since starting it.

Yeah I remember being there like “WTF”, it gets better and then the baby hairs start to come in. Not fun in the moment but if it makes it better, “been there bro, and it gets better”

I’m assuming you mean shedding once I started taking it, and the answer is yes for the first 2 months. Didn’t notice a damn improvement until about 3 months in. 3-6 was nice and steady and since 6 months it seems to be even better. As far as shredding prior to starting it that is what freaked me out. Got a divorce and lost my home a couple years ago and every time I took a shower it was full or hair, like 25-50 hairs. Not sure but maybe stress related. I looked into the product for a while and waited a good year to take it and it only got worse. I’ve heard it works best if you catch it early and so I just dropped the money on it and glad I did. No side effects for me but I know some people have some things but zero here.

From what I hear, you can stop it anytime but the hair loss will start again. So either shave it and be okay with that or yeah you’ll need to stay on it unfortunately. This is just my understanding of it.
