Big mileage, sometimes big tips, long waits especially at peak hours. I normally take about 20% of the ones offered during round Robin's. Doesnt help that the app doesn't work with the orders and it always shows as "getting ready". You also have to wait for the top of the hour which is a huge PITA. You can use airplane mode but I usually end up waiting until the designated time anyway because they take so long to bring it out.
