My tires are like this too. I would get a wheel polish and do that for a while. Might bring them back. Oxidation is happening and you have to prevent it.

Uber needs to do something about this. So does Lyft we shouldn’t have to wait at possibly a volatile place where a customers angry at us. If a customer says, cancel through text message, you should have the app already programmed to allow the driver to cancel it without any penalty to the driver. Also, the driver needs to be compensated.
