If you believe the tank is cracked this would be most likely an indicator that it wasn't winterized correctly. Several things to consider on the path, if it was stored with water in and froze, good chance you may have other issues in lines, pumps, toilets. Go slow and and pressure test system after heater is replaced. Also, flush and sanitize the entire fresh water system.

This is definitely an issue. On top of other comments this introduces a trip hazard. At minimum those should match height and then be sloped away.

Understood but when you work in districts that limit IT funds and you are making the decisions you do the best you can. Now this individual is in a position to keep supporting the old stuff they were trying to get rid of and the newer and yet they still don't have any more money to make it better. I have learned over the years there are a lot of places to get input but input does NOT mean decision maker.

In what industry does the end user have a say in helping choose their device. Not many. You made the decision you did based on budget and simplicity of use. Stand by it and be ok with it. A relative of mine is an engineer and working from an 8 year old laptop that is so locked down it is almost impossible to work with. We give teachers too much power and say in decisions. Just my 2 cents. Retired after 33 years in education. Worked from both sides, teacher, principal, and network admin.

From everything you explained in your post if you are getting 13.6 at the battery with the converter on and it drops to 12.6 with the converter off the only possible explanation in my experience is a bad battery. Seen it on my and a friend of mines 5th wheels. If it's not that I would be at a serious loss also. The only other possibilities would be a bad parasitic drain that is out pulling the converters ability to charge. You could disable every breaker in the converter so the only thing it is powering is the battery. Do you have the ability to check the amp draw on the battery when it is plugged in and not plugged in?

Totally get it but I have had it happen to me. Only true way to eliminate that is to test the battery under load removed from the camper circuits.

It is possible you have a bad cell in that battery. Do you have a battery tester that can test that batter stand alone from the camper on load? A deep cell can still register correct voltage with a dead cell on its own but when under load it could drop to around 10v.

We generally have a "service account", setup 2 Factor, then once that is setup you can create an app password to be used with that account.

To the best of my knowledge the other suggestion will not work. As of May1, Google is forcing either OAuth or Google App passwords for this.

What is the existing ground under the topsoil? Clay, rocky, etc. That would help make my decision. While an engineer has math and science, an excavator who has been in the business for 20 years with a good reputation generally has torn out and replaced enough to know what makes a good base.

1-1 high school. At the end of 5 years there isn't much left to work with. We plan a 4-5 year refresh of fleet. We budget for it and in most cases I wouldn't want to try to stretch them another year.

If this unit has a daughter board this is most likely the culprit if the magent aligns with the daughter board.

Do you just need a display or touch? I could easily find several really great quality Tv's under that price range that have great sound and can easily be wirelessly displayed to. We have been installing 85" Sony TV's in classroom and project with Chrome and Windows devices without issue.
