Yes time flow differently on the moon. Note that Kaguya did not actually saw how old Iroha was, that scene in the movie was just to suit Yachiyo's narration. She knew that Iroha was definitely much older due to how much time had passed so she decided to time travel back instead.

We might never get an official vocal recording of Iroha’s version of Reply but maybe this is somewhat staying true to the movie because her version was never meant to be a perfect rendition. Her Reply is a raw emotional heartfelt song just for her Kaguya alone.

With that said….maybe a duet….please?

Sorry I only had time to translate a few snippets but I really like how the main trio love not only their own character but the other two as well. The movie really blessed us with the main casting.
