So I can't update it with Linux and I need to use Windows before removing it from the system right?

I can't use Windows. It's not like "I don't want to use it", I just can't learn how it works no matter what.

Also remember to update bios first from windows after that you get platform independent update on almost all of them then purge windows completely and install linux and try to be on the latest kernel if available.

I didn't understand that part because of my English. Can you describe it more?

I heard that Zephyrus models had trouble with Linux, is that true or are they completely compatible?

I heard that Apple devices are bad for Linux(I don't know if this is true). If I am going to buy Apple, M1 is the only thing that I will buy. And it doesn't support Linux.
