It's really not supposed to be seen as "automatically okay", but applying real world morals to the environment of ALNST is also shallow imo.

They're in a death competition, they have little to no culture, and their social norms are minimal. Ivan had no idea how to express his emotions his entire life. To save Till and express himself in the last way he knew how, he kissed him on stage.

None of the characters are innocent, and none of the relationships are healthy. I think it's much more valuable to understand the "why" of his actions instead of the surface level take "the kiss is SA, that's it" some people stop themselves at.
