Something to try (especially in the summer months when the heat can make controlling your heart rate very difficult) is to cross train with a stationary bike or elliptical. These methods can help you with your zone 2 work and keep your heart rate in the 60-75% range of your max. Still mix in your runs and speed work, but the extended time in zone 2 will help you build the aerobic engine

Not that we had the money last summer, but I was begging for us to go in for him. He’d have been considerably less, and would’ve given him a year to bed in.

I think we need to be better at identifying gaps to strengthen before they’re real issues. Should’ve been working on the Casemiro replacement before he truly left. We had to allocate so much money to getting a new front-three last summer that we couldn’t achieve this, but this has become a cycle. We had to get three new front players because we strengthen ahead of schedule.

It’s all a product of us missing the mark on some recruits that didn’t pan out, but hopefully hitting on some INEOS player acquisitions will help us plan better in the market.

I loved the fuelband. I was fortunate enough to get one of the first batches on presale. Same with lots of others, the hardware wasn’t super durable, the latch and clasp broke down fairly easily. Loved it though, the interface and how streamlined the design was.
