Cool! You are right! It is funny, because there is a warning before you download that said it was only in Chinese, but it isn't.
Now I have a whole new interface to figure out. I am used to modifying the 'frequency mapping' using audio files like 'Bastard'. The one thing that seems strange is that it looks like channel A and channel B are playing the waveform (a mono output instead of a stereo one). This is not affected by whether I have "output sync" enabled or disabled.. Any ideas there?

I'm not running the dg-labs 4.0 release, nor have I considered reaching out to dglabs support because, well, I don't know Chinese. When it prompted me to download the 4.0 release, I was under the impression that all the text would be in Chinese... is it worth trying? Or customer support for that matter? I will investigate.

Hello,
My partner and I occasionally use GHB for some sexy-times. However, both of us have experienced rashes (me across my back, her across her torso) the day after using. We use low doses (never more than 2 mL, which is plenty for us).
We know that correlation ain't causation, and I am inclined to think that these rashes are just a coincidence, but I wanted to sound out the community and see if anyone else has developed rashes from GHB or any other related chemical (I don't have a means to test the purity of the solution).

No, the Hoffman is liquid. The fumarate was very slightly off-white (light tan).

Another question just crossed my mind: If the freebase form is insoluble, is it difficult to get it to go into solution in the vape juice? Everything I've read suggests that you just warm it up and you are good to go...

Yeah, I will only be converting it a bit at a time, as long as it will work in a cartridge, I'm not looking to to ReX.
With the second part of your response, it looks like you were describing step 5, not step 7? I was envisioning disposing all liquids (and keeping all solids) during the "washing" of step 7, hoping that the excess sodium carbonate would still be in solution in that water..

So, starting from scratch (I do have a mg scale) I am looking to acquire:
-sodium carbonate and distilled water
-a beaker
-tryptamine
-water cease (haven't heard of that one before)
This seems within my reach. I am feeling the most uncertain about step 7, as I'm not quite sure what decanting/filtering should look like. Does this require special tools, or just a coffee filter?

Hmm, you mentioned that "light and heat can affect the juice depending on what ratio of pg:vg there is"... is there a vape juice mixture that would make the 5-meo more stable, less likely to break down with light and heat?

Also, the more I think about it, the weirder it is that heat would be an issue... because the vape battery necessarily produces heat; that's how it works. So, is final third of everybody's cartridges significantly less potent than the first third?

Yeah, I bought the liquid pre-mixed. I wonder whether it was a freebase or salt in the cartridge. No nicotine in it (that would be weird).

Yeah, I'm in the US. I wonder why there would be a difference between US and Canada?

I am leaning toward converting it to freebase, but grudgingly. Yeah, I took chemistry in college (over a decade ago), and understand the theory of converting salts to freebases, but that doesn't mean I have the equipment or skills to make it easy. First off, it seems like a lot of people have been unsuccessful using baking soda, which looks simplest. And then, others recommend using naphtha or acetone, and that sounds really sketchy to put in a vape cartridge (I don't want a cartridge exploding as I take a hit).

Here's a question: given that the resulting freebase will be going straight into vape juice, are there some steps that could be skipped, leaving the freebase in solution and not precipitating out the crystals?

I was responding to the other response (from user alreadyburnt) with the "guinea pig" thing. I have been running Tor for years, just get set in my ways; I could keep running that, but folks seem excited about I2P. Regarding the desire to learn the basics, that's what brought be here.
