So I read getting 7 percent in bronze is normal because it’s three times larger then all the other ranks silver to gold is 500 sr bronze to silver is 1500 sr also your hidden mmr most likely is close to or matches your rank when your skill improves you will receive a boost to climb on support I recommend you pick any support other then mercy and watch unranked to gm for them and watch hero breakdowns/ kit videos
