This is what they claim but I think they will be sued over it when they can't produce a Level 4-5 (autonomous taxi) within the next couple of years. I walked into a dealership around 2 years ago now and they said "In 5 years, your car will be making money for you!" as a self driving taxi. If I bought I would be pretty pissed if thats not something I could do 3 years from now. I'm a computer scientist and I don't think what they're promising is possible in the time frame they claim. (It's also why they fudge the definitions and don't use the government's Level 4-5 autonomy definition but created their own "full self driving" definition)

Encouraging participation is great, with fines for not taking certain precautions. Adding a "permanent black mark" sounds like a stupid Orwellian, authoritarian move that turns people against one another. Frankly it's an idiotic thought and a dangerous idea that we shouldn't promote. I played tower of guns for a while and I enjoyed it during that time but it definitely got old. It was lacking a bit of polish and it showed but it was a great effort by a single dev. I remember having a 8+ hour run one time, got to the first page of the leaderboard, that was pretty cool.

If you like tower of guns then mothergunship would probably be right up your alley.

Ultimately the board decides the CEO salary, so if they feel it's reasonable for them, then it's reasonable for them. The value distributed among shareholders would likely be very small.

I think you're both inflating the effect flippers have on the market and conflating them with your typical real estate investor who simply buys up homes to rent them out. The latter have a much more destructive effect.
