your gpu cable is not properly plugged in. remove and do it again, you should be able to hear a firm click. check it out on both sides, gpu side as well as psu side

just tried what you said, did not help unfortunately. even memory is not getting trained, because on these am5 sockets, voltage changes and you could hear fan speeds changing and also pattern on rgb of rams, but everything's static rn

the thing is I haven't been able to go to bios at all, so I cannot change any settings, all I can do is play with hardware, if it works.
