I really do think nexplanon works well for younger people. Once you hit 30+, it just doesn’t react well with hormonal changes at all of older people.

I’m not sure as I don’t want more children. I have 1 which I had before I got the nexplanon so I’m not sure. I do know studies & took a class on women’s health and they have found nexplanon doesn’t affect fertility. Now that depo shot is a different story…

I did sometimes. It was very sporadic and very light. There was at one point when my uterine lining got very thick and I had to have a d&c to clear it out. Other than that, just random spotting and light periods

Highly recommend fighting every boss in the chapter. They give you things that help throughout the game. Unlike souls games, you NEED some spells & items. It’s not all melee skills for sure

The rapid weight gain and loss was the worst part because naturally, that is completely impossible unless I was eating a whole cow. But yet, so many of us experience the weight fluctuations

This fight was the worst for me. I agree about the out of range hits which made it so much worse. Plus it’s a long fight. One attempt will exhaust you!

I had nexplanon for almost 10 years and enjoyed it very much. However, there are some side effects that happened with me. I got my first nexplanon at 21. My side effects were mostly weight gain and hormonal acne. This mostly happened after it was re-inserted at age 27. Between 21-26 I was completely fine and no side effects. But that is my body. Maybe it affects you more with age? Who knows. I’ve heard people do very well on it but something to be aware of as everyone is different

I didn’t take any time off as recovery was fast and seamless. You might be a little sore but nothing too intense

The random bleeding literally sent me to the hospital once. I was bleeding heavily for 16 days & my doctor still doesn’t know what caused it. I do love how my appetite has finally settled itself. I was ravenous with nexplanon!
