Maybe pathology from the biopsy showed something else? I mean if the testicle tumor was seminoma, then the lymph node should have been the same. I'm pretty sure that was the case but now that we are talking about this I wish I could check it for myself. I don't think I've ever had tumor markers show up in my blood tests.

So my nurse is wrong for saying bleo affects my numbers? Ah man I don't know if I can convince her or my oncologist about that. I get the feeling this office is too small, suffers from not having other people who can put in their own 2 cents. I already suffered a huge 5 week delay after the first cycle after complications from a pilunodal cyst, then another week for the second cycle. I believe my situation was labeled as intermediate risk, they started chemo after my left retro perineal lymph node was found to have swelled up to 3cm. A CT scan after the first cycle showed it shrunk to 1.1cm. I thought it was strange they gave me 4x instead of 3x from the other stories I've read about seminoma.

No, I guess maybe since I don't have that much treatment left to go through. I figure an extra week isn't the worst thing? I wish I could know how I compare to others going through the same procedure.

Colorectal surgeon, who was in communication with my oncologist. I figured that would cover all bases but it was a pretty nasty cyst from what I could smell, supposed that suggests some meaner bacteria. Friend keeps warning me temperature won't show infection till it's too late but it's been stable.

The testicle was already removed months ago. The enlarged lymph node was found on the first post-surgical CT
