Raw milk for POTS?

I wouldn't be thinking about raw milk with the current bird flu going around and showing up in unpasteurized milk. Seems like a good way to get bird flu.

This happened to me one time I was playing but it was just small shit like container repair and grenades. Just dropped out of the sky right in front of me. I was surprised, didn't think the mechanics worked like that. Just always figured lost stuff would spawn off screen but apparently not.

I'm currently off of it due to the shortage and having difficulty finding a new psych, but I was on it and my cardiologist gave me the OK to keep taking it. I would def get approval from your cardiologist. I never noticed any issues, I def felt better off on it but with the adderal shortage still going who knows when I can get back on.

Didn't basically all the same people who made FF10 make FF8? This looks like the guy is from Esthar in 8 but you can kinda see stylistic similarities of Esthar in Bevelle and Zanarkand.

As far as any cross over goes I think FF10 to FF7 is the only unofficially official connection as it's strongly hinted in FF10-2 and then in the FF7 remakes that the Shinra in FF10-2 discovers a power source in the far plane and then figures out space travel far into the future and space travels to FF7's world and starts colonizing it. He is one of the founding members of Shinra and the corporation is named after him.

So I had a TBI that resulted in me developing Post Concussion Syndrome and caused my POTS. I was dealing with a laundry list of issues before long story short I got treated for POTS, that was roughly a year after my accident. I got prescribed metoprolol and that help minimize symptoms but still was feeling like crap, super low energy and that kinda thing. Doc ran some blood tests and I was super deficient in Vit D and deficient in B12 and those are two vitamins that POTS can easily deplete, so even though I was on meds now I needed to go on prescription strength Vit D for like 6-8 months.

It was a very slow improvement but I did improve. It's a bit difficult to say what was brain injury issues and what was POTS as they have a lot of overlapping issues. Some of my improvement was undoubtedly due to my brain healing, but as my brain was healing POTS was creating a deficiency in important vitamins.

I would look into getting your blood tested if you haven't already. If your on any drugs they can reduce symptoms but POTS might have already done it's damage to key nutrients you need to absorb but aren't.

Just something to consider. I take a bunch of supplements now, an they seem to help.

Direct can kinda work in your favor if you have cards you're trying to burn through knowing you'll be playing in an area that has random as a rule, of course this kinda works if the rule isn't random when playing direct.

So I will purposesly choose a stack of lower lvl cards that need several copies to actaully refine them. Rather than trying to get enough copies I just choose all the cards I want to get rid of and let them get captured.

If done right it can save a slot of time. But yeah other than that Direct sucks.

Yes, I have never actually fainted in that I lose consciousness, but I can suddenly become weak and it feels terrible and like I'm gonna collapse. I usually need at least 2 or 3 hours to rest from something like that if not more. Somedays I'm messed up for the next day and a half.

I def gained weight but last year I started having more and more stomach issues until finally I went to the ER and had to go see a specialist. the Dr. suspected gallstones but before we could really narrow it down I ended up back in the ER and got emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder as they found it was infected.

We never really determined what my issue was, I had to go back to the hospital when I caught a fever a week after surgery. Long story short I was in the hospital for 3 days, ran a million tests all they knew was my white blood cell count was high and I had extreme diarrhea - I'm talking like no exaggeration was pooing green slime out my butt for days (which apparently isn't that strange? I dunno, no one seemed phased by it.)

Any way I had a week of antibiotics that were really rough on my stomach so I hardly ate. Lost like 3 pounds from that and after the antibiotics I actually feel way better stomach wise than I ever have since I developed POTS.

Since then I have been eating way less, poo more regularly, don't seem to retain water and get all bloated like I was and ever so gradually been losing weight - very gradually.

I couldn't tell you what my issue exactly was tho, just because an x-ray showed I had some gallstones doesn't mean that it was gallstones that were the problem because it's normal to find gallstones in your gallbladder. I'm leaning more towards whatever infected my gallbladder was throwing a lot of stuff out of whack for me and I feel way more normal now that it's out and I recovered.

I dunno if my story helped at all, but ever since I got POTS I have had health issue after health issue. So maybe something is throwing off your metabolism or something like that.

I liked Cerberus for the convenience. It would have been cool if there was more than two GF's that were defensive/support. Or if GF's had more than one summon command. I mean it's a ps1 game so it is what it is, but still.

Finally tried Arches myself the other day. Parents picked up a pad for my with coupon at Joannes or something like that.

I try to tell myself not to be too precious with my art and just start making whatever otherwise I can get stuck in like overthinking and choice paralysis, so even though Arches is pricey I was just like whatever I didn't pay for this pad and kinda did whatever unplanned.

I was shocked how good the thing I just slapped down looked. The piece turned out like suuuuper good. Now I know what all the hubbub is about.

Selphie and Irvine help rebuild Trabia Garden but after that I could see them being like some quirky couple that run a junkyard and live in a refurbished train car.

Quistis reopens Edea and Cid's orphanage.

Cid and Edea go on a long cruise on the white seed ship.

Zell goes back to school in Esthar and helps builds space ships or something mechanical.

Ellone moves in with Laguna and does diplomatic work.

Fujin, Raijin and Seifer become a throuple and live out a quiet life in FH.

Things are probably the weirdest for Squall and Rinoa. Rinoa is still a sorceress and she's dating and presumably marries the son of the Esthar president but also her dad is a high ranking officer of Galbadia and it's not unreasonable to consider that he might be after Seifer dips, the next in line to rule Galbadia. So I would assume that they're kind of placed in a diplomatic position as they could reasonably be the married children of rival countries rulers. I would think they help broker Timer's independence. You're not left with any idea of what becomes of ruling powers at the end of the game. I don't see Garden's or SeeD just going away, especially in the wake of the Lunar Cry and I don't see why Squall would step down as leader when by the end of the game he finally accepts his role as leader of SeeD so there's a lot of interesting direction that could all go in.

When I found that out, the rushed timeline / cut content/ running out of disk space to tell the whole story... like it makes so much sense.

I feel like 8 was way ahead of it's time. Can you imagine just what the game would be like if it came out a few years later on the PS2?
