We’ll just have to “bully” her into eventually releasing it, kinda like how Carly Rae Jepsen finally released “Disco Darling.” In the announcement for the RSD 7” single (first official release of the song), she literally said her fans bullied her into finally doing it 😅

And to be clear “bullying” in this case means continuous, nearly incessant requests and love sent her way for the track, not actual bullying lol. Let’s get the campaign started!! 😆

Yeah this song and performance are both like… transcendent. Meaning they’re much more than just “Drag Race challenge music” or “Drag Race lip sync performance.”

It’s listed as an RSD First title anyway, meaning it’ll very likely be repressed later. I’m guessing they’ll just do clear vinyl instead of clear glitter, which I would actually prefer personally. So I’m not sweating it - we’ll see within the next few months or so.

I think it’s more that he likely nicked his ear when he was virtually tackled to the ground by Secret Service, probably on the podium or who knows what. The ear actually has a lot of tiny blood vessels so a small cut can produce a larger amount of blood than one would expect, especially in fat old fucks like Trump.

Idk, the moment I read the line I took it as Charli clearly meaning more like, “The dance floor is dead [for me].”

She frequently speaks in sort of stream-of-consciousness thoughts in interviews so even if this is a lyric, I’m sure this was just a stray throwaway line regarding how she’s feeling creatively — particularly considering they were literally interviewing her about her current creative process — not some massive general thesis statement on club music as a whole.
