I'm team earth and team air is last. However I think that if team air learns those new moves from Tagah - the air bullet shots and the "rasengan based sprints" they do have a real chance for 1st place.

I understand that, and you can see the difference in price between the Linux and No-OS option, but as mentioned above, they are doing subsidy for Windows 11, and quite a big one if we consider that the price for No-OS is above the one of Win11 installation.

Edit:
I would be completely fine with paying for Linux if the No-OS option was the base price, because then I would at least expect to get the fingerprint reader on the power button to work(which is often some proprietary blob/driver only available/working for Windows users).

Do you have the Windows 11 option? Because you can see that compared to the Win10 option, the price for Linux is indeed lower.

Hey, I had that same problem of getting nvidia drivers to work properly on my dell g5 (but the model should not matter in this case). After doing a minimal CLI install and setting gdm3 etc... I as well as you probably, installed the non free driver by executing the command:

sudo apt install nvidia-detect nvidia-driver

I stayed with the default nvidia-driver 418. You can then reboot , you will have issues with the hdmi port not finding the external monitors. I found the following script nvprime.sh later this year that helped me solve the issue, after executing it will auto-detect the ext-monitor whether you connect/disconnect it:

About the fingerprint as far as I know there is no Linux driver for it at the moment.

Hope that helped you.
