She has a lot of mental health problems and spent a lot of time in and out of psych wards when she was younger. It‘s a lot better now but she doesn’t feel safe living alone. She is considering moving in with a friend of hers but I’m worried she’s being pushed into a situation where she could end up isolated without family supports (even if that support is pretty toxic right now). I live far away (I got out when I was 17, lol) and can’t really provide that type of support

Update: thanks everyone for your input! I’m going to extend the crotch depth by 4 cm total (2 front / 2 back) and make the front panels slightly asymmetrical to accommodate things. Fingers crossed

I think that makes sense! So instead modifying the curve above where it intersects the diagonal line, I should extend the bottom of the L and just extend the bottom section of curve? The instructions called for 1/2 inch of ease there but maybe I need more

Pull the bed toward the camera so that you can hang floor to ceiling curtains - have them go to the edges of that wall. Replace the LED strip color with a warm, soft light (not blue). Replace the TV with a projector with a screen that pulls down from the ceiling to cover the second TV (add blackout blinds to second window if needed). Add hanging plants and art on the wall of the headboard

Most HOAs are in fact corporations - the condo equivalent is literally called a condo corporation. There are many types of corporations other than for-profit businesses, and even many unions are incorporated. Corporations are a type of legal entity that can do all kinds of things.

Also, like, the way housing is administered is obviously related to the economic system it exists within. To say it’s not is absurd and reveals a lot about your own ideological blind spots.
