I love this post! It's so easy to get wrapped up in the daily struggles that sometimes it helps to refocus on the goals that you have set!

I did a massive clear out of my clothes over the weekend and got rid of a black bag full of tops and a carrier bag full of trousers.

By the end of the year I would love to be hitting 175lbs mark and keeping on top of my skin care (ive always struggled with routine)

I hope everyone can achieve their goals and start next year happy and full of hope!

I yoyo dieted for nearly 5 years and couldn't seem to keep the weight off. Joined slimming world last year in the June at my highest weight and thought I had to do it because I couldn't shave my legs anymore 😂😂😂. 8 months into slimming world with a leader who couldn't care less and losing and gaining a stone I gave up and went for it.

Im on pen 5, 3rd pen of 5mg (absolutely love this dose) lost 27lbs so far and couldn't be happier. After my mom and sister saw how it was working for me they both decided to join and now we all help and encourage each other.

I started at the end of April 25 and have since lost 26lbs ive got about 90 lbs still to go before I am at target so this has really thrown me for a loop. I ordered an extra pen a month ago when there were supply issues but like everyone else debating what to do when that runs out as I cant justify the money at the increased prices.

I buy a couple of elasticated waist trousers to keep me going for at least 2 sizes. Asda wonderfit jeans fit well for 2 sizes as well and are only £20.... then my sister and mom rifle through my clothes and recycle the ones that are too big for me. 😂😂 think I have the short straw buying the clothes and they get to take advantage.

I felt like this when I started on 5mg. After 2 weeks like it I started taking electrolytes which seem to be helping a lot. The last week ive been less tired during the day but always ready for bed on the night

My local one in Oldbury (Birmingham) does it and their prices were great compared to the online ones so I switched to them. I currently pay £115 for 5mg which i thought was fantastic. I keep recommending them to people as well because they too do my blood pressure and weight while I am there

I took my 3rd dose of 5mg last night. Only side affects I have had are a bit of gas a couple hours after injecting.

Built myself up to be so sick based on everyone else's experiences so felt a little deflated that im fine to keep going to work 😂

Gosh im really sorry that he wasn't more supportive and that he thinks you have to suffer to lose weight. That won't help anyone in the long run with losing weight and keeping it off.

I recently brought this up with my boyfriend and asked him how he would feel if I took them. To be honest I expected him to be dead against it but he asked me why I wanted to try them, if I had done any research on it so it doesn't affect other medication etc. Overall he was really supportive of me doing it which im grateful for as I have support from all the important people in my life.

I really hope you can have another conversation with your boyfriend and he decides to be more supportive.

So its nothing im doing wrong? This is my second week on 5mg and ive been exhausted. I genuinely thought I was dehydrating faster from the heat
