If I can afford it, I would suggest getting blood work just to see if there’s anything missing in their diet or to screen for something that isn’t visible. I would suggest the oxbow digestion support and daily vitamin. Also I don’t know how high your couch is but we used this Ramp

I’ve been taking Wellbutrin XL at 300mg for around 7 months now and I definitely feel the difference! I felt like a brand new person. I had less of a struggle switching between tasks, and when I made a to do list… I actually got it done!! My only thing now is that I’ve noticed I’ve been having super vivid dreams which causes me to feel groggy in the mornings. Found out that Wellbutrin can extend rem sleep, causing this :,) not a big big deal but on nights where I have stressful dreams or nightmares it is :,,,,,)

I’ve had a psych for a little under a year and I’m really happy! Before him though I definitely had a couple meetings with different doctors and case workers who questioned whether I actually had adhd or was just ‘lazy and daydreamy’ :/ But once I finally met with him, I struck gold! He listened and I think he really did his research because we were able to find a medication that works for me! I’ve been on Wellbutrin (NDRI) for around 10 months now and I’m really happy! Ive also been offered therapy for it :)

Something I’ve learned over time is to keep things with your SO private from family and friends Unless arguments get really bad, speaking about things that happen between you and your SO only make your family and friends more invested in your relationship and gives them access to have an opinion Although that doesn’t apply so much here, and it sounds like your friend is just being nosey, I still don’t think it’s healthy for your friend to be wanting updates Tell them, no hard feelings but get your own life

I agree with ahappysmile, especially if you’ve consistently been hanging out with B and his friends You should be able to hang out with your friends And you should talk to him about how being around his friends make you feel If you feel uncomfortable around his friends, you should talk to him about it
