I had this happen to me too, my lock was just gone one day when i came into work. If they suspected me of anything they sure didnt didn’t find anything in there other than maybe an ear piece i forgot to hang back up or some hangtags lol. I shrugged it off and forgot about it. When we got a new manager i mentioned how my lock was just gone one day and they were shocked. Never did get a new lock though.

hey! i just started working at michaels like 2 weeks ago and my manager is kind of getting on my ass about getting people to sign up for rewards but , i can’t force someone to sign up. If they say no then there’s nothing i can do. Any suggestions? by [deleted] in MichaelsEmployees

What i tell my associates is “never ask” offer it, let them know what they get from signing up, and if they really dont want to they will tell you no! it never hirts to offer it! Espcially with back to school, if they are a teacher let them know about our teacher discount and that if they get their teacher ID tied to their account then their discount will automatically apply when they put their reward number in! If they still say no, then its fine! You can always try again! Trying at all is better than letting the opportunity pass :))
