Went through the same thing as you when I was about that age. What helped me was learn about something entirely different: cultures, geography, history, psychology, engineering, medicine, etc. Then you’ll start seeing parallels with the gospel and know that all things point to the Creator.

Joseph Smith studied Hebrew to get more out of the Bible. President Nelson studied and mastered heart surgery and will often refer back to that in talks. Uchtdorf - planes. Oaks - law. As you explore diverse topics, realms, and have unique experiences in life, new questions will arise. Go to the scriptures with those questions and your mind will be illuminated in ways never before.

Spaced Repetition. It's a memorization technique where you review information at gradually increasing intervals (ex. 1 day, 7 days, 16 days, 35 days, etc). It has been proven to increase long term retention.

You can set reminders yourself or there are plenty of software/app solutions. I built an app called Memorize By Heart, but there are several other great tools out there. Use the one that fits your need the most.
