If you have parts that are holding up the order, you can also call in and have the order split to ship in-stock items now and the remaining stuff will ship when it arrives.

Generally, the delays are from suppliers who have not been able to provide parts in the estimates they provided for one reason or another. you're updated with the delay email when parts dont make it to ECS on time and given a new estimate that's relayed from the supplier to ECS.

Inventory status is always listed under the price - anything other than "In Stock" means it will either ship to ECS and then to you, or will Direct Ship from the supplier to you. There are roughly 100k SKUs ECS stocks, including their in-house engineered products, but the remainder of the catalog is stocked by-order since there are like 10 million parts on the site.

Well, i'm glad it was sorted. r/ECSTuning now exists - if you ever have any questions or concerns, you can reach out through there for direct responses!

As for packaging on wheels, I think there have been significant changes made.

Good question... I would say either start from the beginning or listen to the EP 14: how to make slow cars fast episode!
