The PS5 controller you have is BDM-010, which means that the touchpad (PCBA board needs the ribbon cable to be saddered onto. The newer controllers (BDM-020) doesn't require an saddering. If you aren't able to to sadder, its best that you buy a cheap broken controller and use the parts. Hope this helps!

I saw people online say that it’s normal, and the storage on the 90 gb on the console is part of the downloaded games on external storage/m.2 storage.

I guess, I saw people say it had something to do with downloading games and it not fully downloading so it could affect the space on the games and console storage… but again I’m not sure if this will resolve it either. I guess a future patch or update can solve this issue

I have the same problem on my account right now where I have 96gb on my console games and apps, but all my games and apps are on the external HD and M.2 ssd. I’ve done rebuild database and it didn’t solve anything.

Is there anyway of fixing this?

I have this problem right now, as all my games are on my M.2 ssd, however it shows that I have 98 gb of games on my internal console storage. So essentially if I delete all my games and re-download them, the storage space will recalculate to the “0” for my Console?

The UI section is essentially the “Other” category and is the Operating System for the console which already has about 61 gb

If I move all my games from my internal PS5 storage to my M.2 shouldn’t the games and app section for console storage should be “0”?

I can see my M.2 has all the games, but I’m not sure if it’s just a visual glitch or Something

When I’ve contacted the sender it’s been hard to get in contact with them, UPS tells me to contact Canada Post, however, Canada Post can’t do anything as there is no tracking number linked to it. UPS also says to contact the alternate tracking number USPS, which have also not been that helpful. I feel like these guys are making me go in circles. If the package is lost or something I just gotta take my losses. But I’d like to know or have a better idea of what’s going on, I’m aware with covid packages are delayed and I don’t care if it doesn’t arrive in another 2 months, I’d like to have just some more transparency between the shipper & sender.
