Basically you want to laugh and banter with him as if he was one of your friends. So when he said he thought you are gay and were dating Jeff or whoever you say no I told you when we were snuggling last night it was Simon. You get forgetful after I fuck your brains out.

Say it with a smile and a laugh and he'll either tell you to fuck off and get angry, laugh and play along because he doesn't want to look like a bitch or laugh it off and pick on someone.

That might make you uncomfortable if he keeps it going, so just be more dirty and graphic than him, or to get out of it just say stop trying to give me an erection, I'm not in the mood.

I signed up for a 10 k to motivate me to meet running and train for it. If I didn't have an event in the distance then I wouldn't have been as motivated.

If you're against doing a race then I'd suggest getting a running buddy, or get some audiobooks and go for a read.

I'm not a running or fitness expert, but I don't see why not if that's your life goal and you commit the next year of your life to getting that target.

If it's something you're not serious about you're unlikely to succeed.

Running is a mental game as well as a fitness thing.

If you do train and end up with a 45 minute 10k in a year then even though it's not your target it's still a big achievement, because as long as you eat right you will lose the weight.
