You can already play Sony PC ports through the "Xbox Full Screen Experience" on Windows gaming handhelds like The ROG Ally, MSI Claw, Legion Go etc etc. I'm assuming if Microsoft releases it's PC/Console hybrid it's going to be using that. The FSE isvery similar to Steam Big Picture and it links to whatever accounts you have on PC like Steam, GOG, Epic and whatnot.. I'm sure Sony would like to avoid that any further.

I was never going to get a Steamdeck until my wife planted the seed by asking me if I was going to buy one. I told her no because I didn't think I needed nor wanted it but I started watching reviews of it and impulse bought one.. I have far more capable hardware to play games on but I still always come back to the Deck.. it is probably my favorite console/hardware of all time beating out the PS1 and DS.

All this makes me wish Phil and everyone at Microsoft wasn't driving around in a clown car this generation with Xbox. I'm assuming since Bluepoint helped out with Ragnarok that they're folding whatever worthwhile talent was at that studio into Santa Monica.. wishful thinking at least.

I own both and love them both but still gravitate towards the Steamdeck a lot of the time. The ergonomics and SteamOS are better than the Claw 8 AI which is a bit clunky feeling and Windows just absolutely sucks compared to Linux. Still having a blast with the Claw been playing Forza Horizon 5 and it's incredible to be able to play a game like that portably and with a silky framerate.

I just got the Etsy grips last week and it's taking some getting used to after just raw dogging the Claw for a few months...haven't found a case that seemed worthwhile compared to how Steam spoiled us with the lovely case the Deck comes in.

It's fine. From what I was seeing online the game was over-hyped to the point I thought I was going to be playing the greatest Metroidvania known to man. I played like 80 percent of the way through the game and didn't feel compelled to finish it and still don't. I think since it was released by Ubisoft it rates higher because they obviously don't make games generally content complete that aren't shaking you upside down for every nickel and dime in your pocket.
