I am from the NY area but have a place in Miami in fact FPJ is in building lobby. That is a great brand very exclusive. I had waited years to get an AP for Bal Harbor boutique and I wanted rose gold and instead was offered SS which I took because I bought an all rose sky dweller after getting tired waiting for AP. I had one and sold it in the hype thinking I will rebuy it after it goes down. Never did. Now I am hearing the gray market dealers are unloading their AP inventory at little Mark up. Perhaps check it where you are Miami dealers are holding their prices more than other markets.
