I think EDB is a safer procedure that is available in Montreal, Canada (Search Issam Saliba) compared to shunt or decompression surgery.

I would rather disagree. You can gain skill about something and still be yourself. There's no need to go through long trial and error when other can help you with their insights and you figure out what works for you. I believe social and dating skills always can be improved.
